Rally a Team!

Join us Saturday morning, August 20th for our 2016 Empower 5K and Superhero Fun Run at the Franklin Parks and Recreation Department!

9:00: Registration opens

9:30: Zumba on the lawn (open to all participants!)

9:45: Registration closes

10:00: Start time

Dress as your favorite superhero!

Prizes awarded to first male, first female, and best dressed superhero.

2016 Empower 5K Teams

  • Teams consist of 1 team captain and a minimum of 4 additional team members

  • Teams will rally together to raise funds to support their participation in the 5K

  • Team members 13 and older raise $50

  • Team members 12 and under raise $15

Team Members will get…

  • 2016 Empower 5K T-Shirt

  • CGI Sunglasses

  • A bib to participate in the 5K

  • A day pass to the Franklin Family Aquatic Center (good for 8/20/16)

  • Eligibility to win a Pizza Party after the 5K (team who raises the most funds wins a pizza party!)

Individual Registrants

  • $25 for 13 and older

  • $15 for 12 and under

Individual Registrants will get…

  • A 2016 Empower 5K T-Shirt

  • A bib to participate in the 5K
