Holiday Gift Guide
Gifts shown in this catalog represent the actual needs required to help empower the poor, protect the vulnerable and share the Gospel through the Center for Global Impact’s programming. Rest assured that your gift of any size will be put to work daily, providing life transformation in a holistic manner for those most vulnerable and in need.
Our program frequently is the first experience our students have with the gospel. Each student is provided a Bible so that they can participate in regular Bible study and prayer. In fact, our program participants spend an average of 3,043 hours a year in Bible study and prayer. For $100, you can give the gift of God’s Word to 10 people to have a Bible of their own!
A pivotal piece of helping young women thrive in our programs is through learning vocational skills, like sewing. This gives our students an opportunity to support themselves financially as they reintegrate into their communities. With constant usage and the high humidity and climate of Cambodia, we budget to replace at least six sewing machines a year, and that doesn’t include growing or expanding our sewing program. Your gift will ensure that our machines are functional, providing a hope of future for each and every student and seamstress.
Our students need a holistic approach to hear about God’s love and escape a future of bondage and poverty. The Imprint Project allows students to learn life skills, experience spiritual formation, receive a general education, and gain vocational seamstress training. Our Culinary Training Center students receive a culinary education, take classes in Khmer, math, English and computer, develop their life skills, work on job readiness, and participate in regular Bible study. Your donation provides a student with education, training, meals and their stipend.
The Green Mango is a full-scale kitchen and employs many graduates of the Culinary Training Center. We are able to minister to our staff in the restaurant, as they continue to develop their culinary skills and provide a stable living for themselves. Your donation will help provide necessary restaurant supplies.
